Please be sure your Bluetooth headset is in pairing mode. Please check if your CEECOACH 2 is already connected to another Bluetooth headset. CEECOACH 2 is only searching for a headset when no other headset is currently connected. If you would like to connect another headset, please first turn the connected headset off.
(Optional: You can check if your CEECOACH 2 is already connected to a Bluetooth headset by pressing once the plus button on CEECOACH 2. Hearing volume changing tone on your cable headset means no Bluetooth headset is connected.)
